Absolute nightmare and completely unprofessional business practices. They operate in bad faith resulting in our termination of a purchase contract.As buyers, we paid for a home inspection and submitted a concession agreement the next day. After 6 days, Soldier to Soldier Realty sent us the counter to our concession agreement - 8 hours prior to our deadline to terminate. We did not agree to their counter, and immediately submitted another concession agreement with another counter. Three hours prior to our deadline to terminate, the agent from Soldier to Soldier gave written confirmation to our realtor that the seller was signing the agreement. Three days later, Soldier to Soldier Realty notified our realtor thatthe signed amendment was not submitted, forcing us to forego concessions or terminate purchase contract altogether. We are unsure whether we are getting our earnest money back, since the deadline to terminate had long passed at time of notification.If you are buying a house, beware if Soldier to Soldier Realty is the listing agent, they will operate in bad faith and you risk wasting money on a home inspection and losing your earnest money.

My house was in escrow in less than 2 weeks, even with a higher quality house literally next door to me on the market.
