Celester is no joke, no play, the real deal. What sounds to good to be true, is absolutely true, defying most "deals" on the market today. The reason Celester is able to offer such a fantastic rate is because his method flat out works for his business.You keeping more money does not, in any way reduce your service or quality of any piece of your home buying/selling process. He has actually been the best realtor in my experience. Always on, friendly and expeditious responses, and EXTREME patience. He was always happy to explain something I didn't understand, even if I needed a baby hand holding breakdown of it. Celester earns every single dollar he gets from your business and you cannot go wrong having him as your realtor. My house was in escrow in less than 2 weeks, even with a higher quality house literally next door to me on the market. Mr. Thomas is one of the best realtors that I had the pleasure to conduct business with. He really cares about the clients needs with purchasing or selling. Mr. Thomas is not about gimmicks with parties, but about saving you money and getting the biggest bang for your buck. He saved me over 50K, either that with his low closing costs when selling or with his negotiation skills. He really truly bends over backwards for his clients. For instance he took a cut in his commission on buying my house to lower the price so I would be able to afford it. What realtor would do that for you? If you want a strong, motivated negotiator that is willing to do what needs to be done to get you want you want, this is the realtor you are looking for. When I wanted to look at something in the area, we would be seeing it the next day depending on the response from the other realtor. He is real quick and knowledgeable on how to get things done. He will go through the house with you and point out things that are wrong with the house, just in case you missed it. He is not about moving houses just to make the commission but all about the client. Truly grade A service!!!

Celester was a rockstar agent he got our new house and simultaneously sell our old house so that we didn't pay two mortgage payments!
